Use of the Service

ListingsEdge AI provides AI-assisted tools for creating real estate marketing content. You agree to use the service responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws, MLS requirements, brokerage policies, fair-housing requirements, advertising rules, and other applicable regulations.

AI-Generated Content

AI-generated output may contain errors, omissions, or inaccurate interpretations of the information provided to the service. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying generated content before publishing or distributing it.

ListingsEdge AI does not guarantee that generated content will satisfy the requirements of every MLS, brokerage, association, jurisdiction, or advertising platform.

Your Content

You are responsible for property information, photographs, logos, headshots, and other materials you submit to the service. You represent that you have the right or permission to use the materials you upload or provide.

Payments

Paid services are processed through Stripe or another payment provider identified at checkout. By making a purchase, you authorize the charges displayed during checkout. ListingsEdge AI does not store your full credit or debit card number.

Subscriptions and Credits

ListingsEdge AI offers one-time purchases and monthly subscription plans. Pricing, billing frequency, included credits, and plan limits are presented with the applicable plan before checkout. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next renewal date.

Credits and usage limits are governed by the applicable plan. Subscription-plan credits reset with the billing cycle, and unused subscription credits do not roll over. Canceling a subscription stops future renewal but does not automatically refund charges already incurred.

Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed under our Refund Policy and applicable law. Canceling a subscription does not automatically refund previous charges.

Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Bypass usage limits, credits, access controls, or other service restrictions.
• Interfere with the security, reliability, or operation of the service.
• Use scraping, bulk automation, or other methods to abuse the service.
• Upload or use content you do not have permission to use.
• Create or publish unlawful, fraudulent, discriminatory, deceptive, or intentionally misleading real estate marketing content.

Service Availability

We work to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may be changed, improved, suspended, or discontinued as the service evolves.

No Guarantees

ListingsEdge AI provides software tools and AI-assisted content generation. We do not guarantee marketing results, property sales, leads, listing performance, financial outcomes, regulatory approval, or acceptance of generated content by any third party.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of fraud, abuse, security concerns, non-payment, or violation of these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as ListingsEdge AI evolves. When the Terms are updated, the "Last updated" date above will be revised as appropriate.
